📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number.


🚀 Shipping Time & Delivery

We deliver all across India through trusted courier partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, and India Post.

Metro Cities 3–6 business days
Other Cities / Towns 5–9 business days
Remote Areas 7–12 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or high-demand seasons.


💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a small shipping fee of ₹69 will apply.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select products with an additional ₹50 fee.


📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your KeeKart account.


🚫 Undelivered / Returned Packages

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, we can reship it after re-confirmation. Additional shipping charges may apply.
